I'm in a similar predicament - I have waist length hair and a full on metal beard, but I swear it's hindering my job prospects. Everyone tells me to buzz it all off, but I think that'd just be weird as i've had hair this long for over a decade. Plus, I wouldn't be able to windmill while playing the guitar or at Slayer gigs

I like it, it's pretty low maintenance and works well with facial hair as long as I keep it 'groomed.' Quite a lot of folk at work said they liked it so I'll stick with this for a while.

When I got went there were a couple of hot girl stylists and no customers so I didn't need to make an appointment, but when she sat me down in the chair she said 'I'll just go get Toby.' Total bait-and-switch and yes Toby was a fruit, and did a great job, but I'd rather have had the boobs around my ears!

Best pic I could find, Schwarzkopf Rough Clay. VERY sticky and smells strong of berries/gay bars, but keeps everything together.
