I don’t know how XCOM 2 can run on the Switch. I know the game was a lot better after the War of the Chosen expansion, but it still chugged on my PC in places. That being said, if it runs fine, it’s an easy purchase for me.Catherine: Full Body and XCOM 2 Collection rated for Nintendo Switch in South Korea.
I remember many of the games leaked via South Korea ratings board appeared to be real, so there's a big chance these games are real as well. We'll just have to wait and see.
Wasn't this one of the titles on some Atlus poll/survey a while back between Switch/PS4 and what users want?Switch library. Great game.
Nice, just hope all these game collection come on one cart and don’t come with a download code for the 2nd game.Catherine: Full Body and XCOM 2 Collection rated for Nintendo Switch in South Korea.

"Retro Studios has hired another pair of talented designers as it continues to work on Nintendo's Metroid Prime 4, according to a new report.
VGC says that Mark Capers, previously of New Super Lucky's Tale developer Playful, and James Beech, a designer who has worked on games like Crysis 3 and DC Universe Online, have both joined the company. The news follows a string of new hires for Retro which includes Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze lead designer, Stephen Dupree, and Halo series character modeller, Kyle Hefley.
The report notes that both Capers and Beech are set to work as environment designers in their new roles at the company; Retro's jobs page is also still advertising for a lead animator, senior designer, and many more.
At present, it's unclear whether or not Retro Studios is working on any other projects besides the new Metroid Prime release. It wasn't all that long ago that rumours surrounding a Retro-made Star Fox Grand Prix game were spreading like wildfire, with many believing them to be true, but we haven't seen anything official to confirm that such a game exists."
At this rate we'll see Metroid Prime 4 on Nintendo's next platform.
Direct is only getting announced when Outrageous-sama is unbanned. Free the furry!
I just want to know what they were working on before they took up Prime 4. New IP or a revived series? Did it get shelved, or is its release imminent? Just what on earth happened inside Retro during all that time?At this rate we'll see Metroid Prime 4 on Nintendo's next platform.

WTF ARE THEY SPENDING THE MONEY ON.
'Keep Fighting' For Persona 5 on Switch, Atlus Says - IGN
Atlus tells us Persona 5 on Switch won’t happen unless fans keep asking for it.www.ign.com
Annoying
It is so ridiculous. We get a sequel to a game we actually want in the form of a spin-off series (I personally don't give a toss about).
Eh, I think Emily is just as much right as wrong. There hasn't been a direct in long enough that it's a safe prediction one is coming soon.
You will consume scramble and like it.
Sick of this attitude towards releasing games on Nintendo systems. "Ooooh you gotta fight for it, you really gotta blow us up on Twitter and shit to get the opportunity to pay us money for a product."
At this point, I find such campaigns condescending as all and literally pointless. Don't want to release Persona 5 on the Switch? Fine, then we'll pick up one of the half dozen Final Fantasy games, or Ys 8, or Xenoblade Chronicles 2, or #Fe, or Fire Emblem Three Houses, or Star Ocean First Departure, or... this list can literally go on for quite time at this point. The system isn't starving for Rpgs at all. Best part is, few of these games required Nintendo fans to grovel at anyone's feet, and many of these games found decent to great success on the system.
Also saying people will buy it is worth nothing. Its easy for people to say that. Will they actually buy it? Who knows. It all depends on how much you want to see something appear. If it wasn't for Operation Rainfall, Xenoblade Chronicles would've stayed in Japan. I do believe you have to make yourself heard. However, I think it is important not to go too far into such things, as it can indeed distract you from the great games already on the system, as well as upcoming gems.

I don't know about Xenoblade Chronicles but I bet that game would have come anyways. It was a huge project. Critically acclaimed and on one of the most popular platforms ever created. Nintendo may have just decided they needed that game in the West with or without the voices.
Did Nintendo tell people to do that, though? Honest question, it's been years and I can't remember. I want to say they didn't, in which case yeah there's a difference between fans naturally building something up like this and Atlus (I think Capcom did this for a while too) saying ohh gee you guys need to keep tweeting and maybe buy this spinoff if you really want us to make these other games for you.

idk I remember buying it on Wii. but yeah looking at the Wiki they didn't give it a full release. But also Reggie said they didn't know about the campaign according to the article.Didn't it only get a limited release?
This is the communications manager of Atlus saying this, though. Is it really a big deal for this person to encourage us to keep communicating with them?
I don't think it hurts anything and certainly doesn't hurt the chances of the game eventually releasing on Switch.
I wonder about stuff like this too.
Would love to see "behind the scenes" to get an idea of what these developers are working on and how it all comes together.
You'd have to think they are working on Donkey Kong Country or Metroid.
Not only annoying but stupid, I mean you got the 2nd best selling platform this gen and we have to beg them to make games for the Switch.'Keep Fighting' For Persona 5 on Switch, Atlus Says - IGN

Nintendo has taken their desire to replicate "manufactured scarcity" too far this time! You still can't buy Switches in the UK. This has been going on for two months......
Official Nintendo store says they will have stock next month. But they also said that this month and it didn't happen.....
Wanted to pick one up soon, but it's not looking good. Used ones are going for over £300.
If the coronavirus keeps up like it has been, it might be a while before stock shortages end.Nintendo has taken their desire to replicate "manufactured scarcity" too far this time!
There's already P3FE but I get what you're saying, almost no chance though.I would prefer if they did a Golden version for Persona 3 instead of porting 5 anyway.

I'll probably get dog piled on for my theory of the "late" Nintendo Direct but here goes:
I believe Nintendo was ready to announce the Switch Pro in the next direct with it being available around June/E3.
However, since the unfortunate outbreak of the coronavirus, it has delayed production of the system and most likely
caused chaos with Nintendo's planned 2020 strategy with the Switch and the new system.
I've seen other people mention this but there's no way they take the time to put K.Rool in smash ultimate as a new character with nothing to tie it in with. I still bet DKC 3 was or is in development.
I think it's possible it got delayed to not compete against MM2 maybe. I dunno.
I mean it's really fucking weird looking back that Nintendo released NSMBU Deluxe and Mario Maker 2 so close together.
