Sorry if this has been discussed before.
I am running The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess on the latest version of Dolphin, an emulator for the Nintendo Gamecube. I'm using the playstation dualshock controller, but can't seem to map any button in the configuration screen. I'm being limited to using the keyboard (ew). May someone help me solve this problem with that controller? I don't want suggestions relating using a different controller unless I can't actually play with this one.
The other issue is with the Desmume emulator for the Nintendo DS. I'm trying to play The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass and The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Turning on the analog setting allows me to configure my button scheme with the dualshock controller, but I can't REALLY play the game with it (so far). Any button I can press in-game takes me to the menu/map screen. I also can't get to move around with the analog sticks instead of using the PC mouse. Any help with this?
Oh, I'm running all this on Windows XP (if that helps, since I can't use Gamepad Companion for Mac OS X).
