Gamer: Nintendo's gem in Game and Wario

I'm getting this one for Pictionary. I wish they had released these games individually on eShop, at a small price each. Gamer is definitely one of the first I'll try.

Pictionary does look pretty sweet for a gathered setting. I could really see it being a hit with people. Hopefully I can get the chance to try it with the family soon.

Gamer is the one game out of the bunch that I tell people about when they ask how Game and Wario is, and I always get positive laughs followed by intrigue. Gamer itself may not have much legs after the hour or so it takes to complete all stages of it, but it was such a rad mini game.

Also, Sketch alone was worth the price of admission. My roommates and I play it almost nightly with a few beers. The only downside is that you can't add your own words. But on the plus side, I think the game logs which words it uses into the save data, because in the few hours of playing, we've yet to see a repeat.

Fuck me, the
third level
has a grown man legit shook. I can't believe they managed to pull off such tension. That was some Nemesis and SA-X level creepy shit :-(

Just made it to Pirates. I didn't really know what I was doing at first, but I didn't get the hang of it until it was too late.

"Overall rating: Meh" sigh, I'll do better next time.

This mini game in particular was one of the first tech demos they had showing during the unveiling of the Wii U, wasn't it? I think it was called Shield Pose or something of the sort. I guess it had a bigger purpose after all. It feels like something that would be in Rhythm Heaven though, to be honest.

Side note: Some of these characters really need their own games. Dribble and Spitz could be such a great IP for them, for example. Their game isn't that fun on here, but I could see how it they may turn it into something special.

I mean, who wouldn't want to play this in coop!?

Had a great time with Game & Wario with some friends last night. Gamer is the most creative thing out of Nintendo in so long, took me back to the Nintendo I loved so much circa 2001. Cube Nintendo is best Nintendo.

The Wario battle on the ship was amazing, as is Pictionary.

Should have just released a standard Warioware game.
I hate to agree with you, but outside of a few brilliant pieces, most of it is just filler product. Gamer, Pictionary, and Pirate should have been released on the eShop and the rest could have been cut. The presentation is really all that matters in the other ones.

As much as I love Wario Ware. I can't get myself handing over 40 bucks for this :( Should have been 29€ imho.

edit: That said, just bought Beat the rhythm :D

Gamer is by far the best of the bunch, Game & Wario is...I wanna say: "fun" and it is, but really there is no way this is worth €40,- It should have been a €20 downloadable title. I agree that its main draw isn't so much the games as it is the sheer experience of the whole. Check it out of you can find it cheap-ish, it's certainly fun in more ways than one.
