Most US box art is far inferior to the Japanese versions, but Golden Axe II is one of the very few cases where I prefer the US version.

I dunno, I am really liking porno 'stache Solo. At least his proportions are correct given that he is more or less a trace over of the below image. The second guy has one mutant sized hand and one almost regular sized hand. If they had photoshop back then, this could've been easily fixable.
