Games you wish were portable

If the portable system had an HDMI output or something similar, I'd say everything. That way I could play on my TV at home and on the handheld itself when I'm on the go.

Open world WRPGs like Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas...

Trying to think of any portable game that even comes close and can't. It really should be possible by now, Morrowind was on XBox...

A lot of fighting games. Really was hoping for Ultra Street Fighter IV with cross-play, plus DOA5U, TTT2, SCV, VF5, etc. on Vita in particular.

I also hate how when we do get Vita versions of fighters, they lack cross-play. :/

fallout 3, vegas
skyrim + DLC
darksouls 1,2
bloodborne

infamous 1,2, SS

watch_dogs
splintercell
Assassins Creed (all dem except 3)

(don't starve is portable already =)

put it on the vita i'll buy it

Every JRPG.

Just the perfect handheld experience, personally.

This.

Everything.

...or just go with this.

As I get older and busier and have a family, it's hard to just sit down in front of the TV and get immersed like I used to. Handhelds definitely help in this regard, where I don't have to fight for living room time, worry about what I'm playing, or can simply spend 5 minutes of instant gaming right out of standby mode.

Hearthstone. I can't WAIT till it finally hits my phone. Carting around an iPad everywhere just isn't practical sometimes.

I would kill so hard to play the PS2 Jak & Daxter, Ratchet & Clank, Sly Cooper and God of War games on a handheld. And no, the massively downgraded Vita ports don't count.

Mostly RPGs, I just don't like playing them on consoles anymore. I really hope the Xenoblade 3DS port is better optimized by launch, because right now it looks unplayable.

Any big WRPG. Fallout, Elder Scrolls, doesn't matter. I just want some of that Western action in my Vita.

I'd also like a decent open world game. Maybe a port of GTA IV or Saints Row something or other.

All on Vita, of course.

I agree with RE4. My most wanted games have gotta be the PS2 GTA games, especially San Andreas.

I was tempted to buy the mobile version of Vice City on my new Android phone, but common sense prevailed. Though you might be able to play the GTA mobile ports with a bluetooth controller? I guess at that point it's not really "portable", though.

Super Meat Boy. It would be perfect for quick portable blasts.

And though it isn't out yet, Persona 5, though Remote Play will ease that.

Some of my past wishes have come true such as MGS2 and 3, FFX and going quite far back I remember how happy I was when the PSP got a PS1 Emulator and the GTA PSP games (and portable 3D graphics were mind blowing back then).

You can play them portably on the Nvidia Shield, which also has ports of Half-Life 2 and Portal 1.

Android developments will get there soon enough.

There really needs to be more Visual Novels on Vita, or at least more localised.

That feeling when you'll never have a localized Steins;Gate on the Vita...

Same here adding ff 12, Resonance of Fate, and VP2 to the mix.
