I probably forgot some games, but it's hard to keep track of this.
Spent
- Tekken 1, 2, 3, 4, 5:
6 is when I began to slow down on it. That series is probably my most played of all time.
- Final Fantasy 9:
Finished it 5 or 6 times I think. It is the best fantasy rpg.
- Goldeneye:
This was the go to game for many years, be it solo or multiplayer.
- Perfect Dark:
Not near my insane Goldeneye playtime, but it did go over 200h easily.
- F-Zero GX:
Been playing regularly for a few years.
- Castlevania Rondo of Blood:
This game never ever gets old, I start playing anytime anywhere and great time ensue.
- Time Splitters 2:
Getting all of the characters and making maps for it, it easily accounted for 200+ hours.
- Resident Evil 4:
Every time I casually start a run, I end up finishing it, whether I intended to or not.
- Devil May Cry 3:
This game had me coming back a LOT, PS2 version, PC version, PS3 remaster. I know it by heart.
- Team Fortress 2:
It's more credit to an amazing server with a great community than to the game itself. My most played online multiplayer game, until...
- Dota 2:
1800 hours over the course of 3 years. I was in the beta in 2011 and stopped in early 2014. As I had learned most of what was to learn, the game became all pressure on perfect teamplay and execution, annihilating the little fun I had left playing it. Still had some great times, but the dedication required was too much.
Will Spend
- Heroes of the Storm
This game is my multiplayer surprise of 2015. I never expected to even like it, and didn't expect to get in the beta in the first place. I accidentally discovered I was in when checking my BNet account for other reasons.
I've been playing non-stop ever since, it's kind of like Dota, except fun! The fact that playing the objectives is more important than individual hero growth really hit the right nail for me.
- Smash Bros 4
My first smash bros, and I like it very much. It's different from the high execution barrier of other fighting games, no retard combos/juggles, not just-frame button presses for maximizing damages, no bullshit comeback mechanic. It's just plain outsmarting your enemy that make you win. And I love this. That and the online is very solid.
- Skyrim
I got into modding skyrim last year, and I got myself a pretty crazy game out of it. It will pass 200h very easily this year.
- Metal Gear Solid V
First I'll play the hell out of the SP, but if MGO is good, I expect to log in a lot of time. I'm craving a multiplayer game with some proper infiltration mechanics, and if a Battle Royale mode exist (as the game would be perfect for that) it would blow way past 200h in no time.
