That's the same location that Giantbomb rented for their Late E3 shows.
That particular location was used on Day 2.

I imagine it will be meetings galore. Back slapping over traffic numbers, strategy on how they build on that and a training refresher on how to look after company equipment. followed by endless forms for the insurance and requisitions of replacements. Not to mention expense reports and reassembling any gear they had left to put on the truck.
Moving from start up to a big corp has its benefits but also kills spontaneity. GB's "seat of the pants" ethos likely infuriates some of their bosses.

The original (and probably now a bit out of date) explanation was that it wasn't enough 'guaranteed' revenue versus an annual subscription to offset the ad-revenue generated in kind. I'm paraphrasing a lot probably but that is the jist of it. Or is it gist?Why does the monthly sub not make the site ad-free? You're paying more per month than the yearly subscribers... it's making me not want to subscribe

The main thing I'm curious about are more specific details on the equipment loss/theft. I posted a question to Vinny's Tumblr about it. I get the feeling they might not be able to say anything else more specific if an insurance claim or police investigation is ongoing.

This is all their content though. At its peak you'd hear the same thing in I Love Mondays, the Bombcast, the Quick Look, the Wednesday show, TNT and UPF. ILM/QL/Bombcast/TNT is still pretty common.
Then props to Brad for streaming on his day off.

This game of the year talk just made me realise, I really haven't played shit that came out this year.
Pretty much just SC2 HotS, which was pretty awesome even if I continue to suck at MP, an embarrassingly little bit of SimCity and about an hour of Bioshock Infinite that I just started yesterday.
