Uh, vinnys kid seems really smart. My buddies daughter is nearly three and seemingly doesnt talk anywhere near as fluently as vinny talks about max. Granted everyone learns different and she is being taught french and english at the same time, but its kinda crazy to hear how far max's language skills are when im pretty sure hes like barely 2.
Kids born in bilingual homes, temd to take much longer than regular kids to speak fluently. My nephew had problems speaking a full coherent sentence at age 3. By the time he hit age 4 he was fully bilingual with no accent in his spanish or his english.

Most of the time they stay out of that stuff. Especially Jeff who knows better and just goes by whatever "X is better then Y" answer he hears from drunk developers.
I wonder if gamespot still has that system wars section. That might be fun to look at. If you think Gaf is a mess with that stuff then I wonder whats going on in dark places like that.

Bloody hell. I don't think I'll ever get the rabid defence of one console over another (especially when it's not out yet). It's the main reason used to have issues with parts of 1upyours and Luke/Shane.

If they did, it would probably be in the last few bombcasts I missed. The podcast has never been about the console wars and they have a more.. normal approach to videogames despite their jobs. Watched the Sleeping dogs QL again for some reason and if anyone other then Vinny is in control for the GTAV QL they are doing something wrong.
If jeff wants to be in charge then thats ok as long as we get a 2 hour live stream of Vinny dicking around with the open world that week sometime.

God that Pupeteer video was nauseating. Too many visual effect clashing with each other and the colour composition is confusing. Not to mention some of the animation is quite tripping. The dialogue is all over the place and does not contextualise the actual game when being played and the subtitles are out of synch.

I dunno but they don't seem to be marketing it as heavily as previous ones. Less than a week before release and I have not seen a TV ad, billboard or anything. I am sure they will come but they seemed to start a month out for GTA 4. Battlefield and Ghosts have had giant pre-order standees in supermarkets here since before summer.
What a weird joke to get upset over.

Any major spoilers in the Outlast or Amnesia QLs? I feel like seeing what happens in a horror game can remove some of the intended tension.
I actually don't understand why they ever show faces in the first place. Like on the Friday show... I'd rather see more of the game myself.
