US food laws dictate that you can't sell any sweets that contain non-nutritional substances inside of them, such as plastic toys. I believe they did make a US version where the chocolate shell is not completely surrounding the toy although I dunno how well that did or if it ever even came out.

If you're sending them because you think they've never seen them, don't. DuskVamp sent them some in that British/alcohol/flowers mailbag after Ryan's death, they just didn't pull them out.

If you just think it'd be funny to see them with dozens of Kinder eggs, have at!
