Yeah I forget which version made Chrome finally all right. I think it was in the middle of 2009 when I finally made Chrome my only browser.

I made chrome by main browser the day it came out and haven't looked back since. It was pretty fantastic day one.

Speaking of Chrome, I see that Chrome 20 is now pushed out in the stable channel as of today.

That's obvious. you can't use anything but a UIWebView on iOS.

but tab/password sync is cool nonetheless

Holy crap at some of these tool enhancements. This is way future stuff.

iOS's inability to set default apps is the death knell of all these apps.

I actually wasn't aware of this until earlier this week (never owned an iOS device). Pretty awful. Seems like a feature that any OS should just have, and I can't imagine developers being very happy about it? Well, add another reason I will never consider switching from Android to iOS to the pile.
