I just noticed Huddle is now an app on my Android phone. I didn't put it there. Or at least, I didn't see it there yesterday when I installed the G+ app.

Why is it an app and not integrated with GTalk somehow?

G+ app just got an update, too. Looks like the Learn More button actually works now. Turns out you can see, but not engage in, the G+ item if you're not invited, even if a G+ user shared something with you.

Someone (preferably someone with Google+ access) should create a GDocs form where people can sign up for invites. Submissions to such forms are automatically added to an accompanying spreadsheet (which should be made publicly viewable - but not publicly editable, as chaos and anarchy would surely ensue), it's pretty handy.

That would hopefully prevent this thread from becoming just page after page of "invite PLZ".

We should probably have a separate thread for invites and use this thread to discuss google+ itself IMO. Otherwise it's gonna be super messy in here. We don't even know how many/which gaffers have invites available.
