Honestly my only fear for the Xbox One is another huge failure rate where my new $500 investment becomes worthless after a few months. One thing that would make me hold off on the system.

BUT, since you asked if he's going to open the floodgate, and he answered like that, it seems the floodgates were already open. Probably has nothing more to leak, hence the "I give what I can".

You would assume by debuting their system with DRM that any sane person would keep away. It may be gone now, but you know the endgame. Games are one thing, consumer choice is another.
 
I cannot wait to read something along the lines of 'Opening the XBox' detailing the clusterfuck that the xbox one project seems to be (from the outside at least).

Blindly? Piece of shit? A little too hostile there. Microsoft made a product that some GAF users, including me, are willing to purchase. It's not being blind, and just because you don't like it doesn't mean it's a "piece of shit". Different people see value in different things, some users (me included) want the Xbox One, and it isn't blind, far from it. We know what we are investing in, but we find it worth the price.

Taking a guess with the explosive thing, I don't see CBoAT holding out on info like the Xbox having overheating issues, I don't see him letting fellow GAF users walking into purchasing a ticking time bomb, not when he was so willing to show us how bad the system is before hand.

I'm guessing the "explosive" part are probably exclusives signed on that aren't ready to be revealed, probably big contracts/partnership that are risky to leak this early on.

The Zune was a good product... :( I enjoyed the thing while I used it, and my father uses it now with no complaints. Anyways, Xbox One isn't going to bomb the way the Zune did.
