Yeah... but it's the very first image of the Alaska environment ánd the first of Siena (in the full game).

So they sort of belong in here as well.

Eh, what's wrong with them? To me they look fine, much better than the bic-ass pic that was posted before which looked pretty bad.

Managed to make the model look low poly, shows up some really nasty looking textures and does horrible things to the buildings. Not good, certainly not compared to a lot of the other shots which have been floating around.

I believe those are just compression artefacts.

Well... you're bound to find imperfections ALOT better on images of such huge sizes.
 
Please tell me we'll have some Kart, Rally, and maybe Nascar GAF events? Rally and Kart just look like they'll be fun, and Nascar for my Daytona USA fix :lol

Well that was always bound to happen when you blow up a screenshot to that size, it's unavoidable. Dunno really why you expected perfection at those sizes. :p

I'm personally just glad the game itself allows for such a big output, then one can scale down the pic and achieve some awesome multisampling.
 
my brother is getting the driving force wheel gt and wants me to find out if the wheel feedback si almost the same as the g25.
cuz when you turn and you have understeer the wheel steers the opposite direction with g25 and stuff, is it the same for the gt driving force wheel..?

Because the ones released by PD look so sharp you could cut your finger on them. There's something very much off about the ones people have released themselves so far, almost like they're missing a "spend a while generating it" option.

It may just be in photo travel mode. As in not an actual racing location.

Although you can see the banks on either side marked by the barriers with ads on them.

Considering there's an inside view on one of them, it's probably just a developer render or something. One the second page they're from Race Photo Mode, which imo always looked cleaner for some reason. Even on the 800x555 posted before.

What other things? How about saying GT4 would have online that's a pretty big one. Please don't use the beta or tunneling lan play to argue this either.

Remember the night races on all tracks? The ability to reverse your game? The cars being split between interior modeling or not with not reveal of them just using GT4 cars until a year later?

just press triangle before the race starts, when the car is stopped at starting line or rolling start

So GT5 has it's own Photo Editing software?... If you zoom on the "ingame" camera, it's all still 3d, so the output will be native 8MP. Stop making excuses. It looks no different then the other shots PD released before as I've shown.

Now the Signature Edition is ordered :D I was debating to order it or not, but i would probably regret it if i dont, especially if it is fairly limited and sells out fast.

I'm positive that's a track as you can see the banks on either sides following the track lines (complete with ads and reflective posts, etc).

LittleBigPlanet had "PLAYSTATION(r) Eye" on the back. Back when they used to old style of box art though.

I would guess it'll have invisible walls, or clumps of snow at the side... what I still don't understand is why there is no dirt buildup on the cars? We also heard that the cars would create rutting in the snow, but you can't see it in those photos, and you can't see it in the footage from Charmonix either.
