Yeah, Dubai is an interesting place. Would love to roam it in GTA VI and some post-apocalyptic setting

Not sure if I should have got the i7 4790K instead of the i5 4690k...

The I7 would have been a better choice, current-gen games will use a task-based system and should benefit from HT. In CPU bound scenario a game like Crysis 3 shows 30% performance advantage for instance.

Why are people worrying that it won't release this year exactly? Because there wasn't anything out of Gamescom? Rockstar never attends the game conferences, the brief trailer at E3 was such a surprise because they never do that kind of thing.

Dubai or Pyongyang would be a very interesting setting for an open world game. Sadly I doubt Rockstar is going anywhere new for GTA anytime soon.

Was it ever really in question? Take Two reported it for this Fall in their latest quarterly report, the same report that delayed Evolve to 2015.
Something like GTAV would wildly swing their quarterly profit projections.

Bloody hell. Things like that helipad tennis court make me think of a description of some rich guy's home in an 80's cyberpunk novel for some reason. Beautiful and outrageous.

They're hard at work getting the XB1 version to 1080p60. PS4 version is already there.

60 frames per second on consoles is not a thing we'll probably ever see from Rockstar North.

I can't wait to find out what they're doing after GTA V Remaster, though. I do ritualistic dances at night hoping it's a Red Dead game.

Definitely. 60fps open world games on consoles is an unreasonable expectation.

It's a terrible game. Don't listen to the twelve people who liked it. Its an incredibly boring shooter with an OK story.

Mid-november is a solid lead. You don't release AAA games in mid-december, even if it's GTA.
