That entry-apex-exit help mode is 1000% better than horrible racing lines. Game is looking more like a proper GT game every time they show it.

Also campaign and offline modes are in. I don't know where the usual doomsayers got their misinformation from.

Jeepers, the replays from the TV broadcast angles look phenomenal. Nothing else comes close. Incredible lighting.

Why oh why didn't the UK reveal event have this standard of presentation? Different builds and all that but surely PD haven't made this much progress in just a few short weeks after three years of development? Whatever the answer, it's all coming together very nicely from a visual standpoint.

Same. Game looks pretty decent but if the single player is this badly gutted + unchanged sounds + unchanged physics then it's a no-buy for me. Not until it's really cheap anyway.


EDIT: Just watched some of the Underground stream and that R8 still sounds like utter arse :/

This is what I'm thinking. Campaign seems to just be the licences and training missions to prepare for the online mode. Seems odd for them to contradict each other like that, unless they carefully worded it as "classic Arcade and Campaign" instead of "classic Campaign and Arcade".
