Apparently, GT Sport will support PS3 wheels?
There is frontpage story at GTplanet, but I cant link ATM
Amazingly smart move from PD, I would so love to have been at the meeting where they explained the logic to some mad white-collar plebs at SCE
If true, win of the decade.
They better have that new GT wheel ready for purchase.
I dont want a current Thrustmaster or Logitech, and they wont let the Fanatec work.
*IF* by "PS3 wheels" they think to support either G25/27, all Fanatecs will work.
even the new ones with the separate wheel base and wheel?
My CSW2 base have "PS3" mode, so I guess the answer is yes.

Polyphony's back with one of their awesome Nurburgring's documentaries

You see a GTS demo rolling behind Kaz during his interview portions. It also confirms that the M6 GT3 that Kaz drove at the Nurburgring is in GTS.
Gamescom, one of Europes biggest gaming events, gets under way this year on August 17 in Cologne, Germany and will feature a specially-constructed 'Gran Turismo Sport' booth where you can play the game for yourself. (Note that access to the general public is from August 18 to 21.)
The design for the 'Gran Turismo Sport' booth is based on the famous Caracciola-Karussell corner on the Nordschleife (North Loop) of the Nürburgring with fifteen gaming stations lining the banked curve of this iconic hairpin corner. Youll also be able to get an up-close look at the latest Walkenhorst Motorsport BMW M6 GT3 model, driven by Kazunori Yamauchi in this years Nürburgring 24 Hour race.

Sorry, I meant both the speed and the gear readout.Huh, why? Seems best to have gear and speed together, and right in your line of sight just underneath where you're looking rather than having to move your eyes too much away from the road..
Can't wait for new ANYTHINGcan't wait for new video gameplay
I haven't read much into. But is this a full Game, or is it something like the Prologue games, some sort of precursor and sampling of GT7?
First time it's ever happened with a GT game, but we are *not* allowed to do any footage of the Gamescom build of GTS. It has some rally gameplay too...

Please give us detailed impressions instead then, Blim.!
Someone from PD must have noticed some of the positive reception show floor videos have been getting, which goes against what they set out to achieve with their trailers.
Tearing and frame drops are my main concern. We need it locked like the good old days.
