It's marketing people, customization could mean anything. I can't believe people are reading this much into a word that was added by the SCEA marketing dept.

Yamauchi mentioned GT5 will have better and more detailed customization options than previous games in the series in an interview quite a while back. This is just another hint.

The 24 Hours of Le Mans endurance race mythical finally offered our very eyes!
As the cars turned the warm up, we come to the PlayStation area, and again what a pleasure!
Gran Turismo 5 is here before us! Terminals, simulators, a DJ ... How beautiful!

If you take the URL of any Flickr image and change the "m" at the end to "b" you will always get the "large" version of that image.

That was for GTHD. Bikes have never been promised for GT5.

Impressions from the demo

- Le Mans circuit (with chicanes)
- Time trial and races (only limited to 908's)
- Damage model is on scratches only
- Impossible to play with pad on Professional without driving assistance
- AI is really good, agressive
- Gravel smoke improved
- Tires smoke is improved
- You get grass flying when you drive on it
- Controversial sparks still present

If you play with assits on pro, you shouldn't be playing on pro to begin with But obviously that's limited to the pad so!

He said its based on popular demand, but he thought there may be enough demand for a Tourist Trophy 2 rather than including limited bikes in GT5.

I'm guessing it's new as the texture quality is very high and the modeling looks better

Has it been confirmed that PD didn't do the trailer? There is no way that trailer follows the style that PD uses when it comes to GT5 trailers.
