Some person with way too much time on their hands was remaking gta 3 for the NES, I don't think it ever was finished.

I didn't know there was a GBA GTA advance. I had heard of a I & II.

But this one says GTA III, and I found it under the top 100 list.

So was it actually released? Maybe not in EU, only in NA.

The original overhead GTA's should totally be on the DS. That's when I first fell in love with GTA.

GTA advance was like the one on the GBC only closer to the detail of the original PC game.

True. I remember borrowing my friends PSX to play old school GTA. Was pretty fun, especially when you could get the tank. I also miss the guy that said "WASTED!"

Anyone remember this cool demo? This is what a DS GTA should look like. Modern GTA as it is now, but on a smaller scale. No more matchbox car crap and wonky rotational controls. I played through 2, but old GTA holds no candle to what III and up had to offer.

The early GTA games were a different type of game from the newer 3D ones. The point we're making is that overhead GTA shouldn't be dead and buried. It's a game-form that had its own perks.
