At this point in time, developers should just stop trying to avoid GTA6. The constant delays are impacting the industry. This fall is light beside GTA was originally meant to be this fall. Next spring will be light because GTA was meant for May. Next fall will be light because GTA is being advertised for then but of course it'll probably get delayed to 2027.

This is actually a big lost for Ps5 which Sony hope will increase Ps5 console sales and a big win for switch 2 because Ps5 will not be a big threat to Sw2 next year. Now Sony has to put all there eggs in the Wolverine and Saros basket. I don't see Intergallactic will be a success seeing what kind of direction ND is Druckman is going right now.

With this GTA6 set back, now Ps5 really needs a big price drop in order to compete against the Switch 2 juggernaut next year.

This date is good for all developers. It is about as late as possible to release a AAA game, as nobody releases big games in December or January. September and October are completely open for games due out in fall

8+ years between Rockstar releases is wild. I don't even mind the delays. It just gives developers time to make this game as revolutionary as possible
