Hackess - free online web game

This game reminds me of the game my brother once made. It was called Kings of Chaos. Pretty similar, although more so in mechanics than theme. Actually the themes are complete opposites. But the gameplay is pretty similar.

Something's wrong with this math. I don't feel like doing the proper solution, but here's some common sense:

There are 48 ticks in a day (every 30 mins). Let's call it 50. Each tick you get 4 new infected. After one day you would have 50 * 4 = roughly 200 infected.

Now, in the next 24 hours (2 days total), from just those 200 infected from the first 24 hours, you'd earn around 50,000 which dwarfs your initial investment of 15000.

48 ticks (let's call it 50) * 200 infected * 5 credits per tick = 50,000. That's not including what you earned incrementally the first day, or any new infected you gain the second day.

Yeah I messed it up like I expected the formula should looks something like:

20x+20(x-1)+[20(x-2) if x≥2]+[20(x-3) if x≥3]...= 15,000

I'm sure there is a much easier method of writing that out and solving it but it has been years since I've touched math so...I'm not a fan of recursive sequences.

When I first attacked him, I had around 2k, but he barely have any megahertz. His Megahertz rank is 693. Compare it with yours and guess.

I have opted to just list everyone because there is no feasible way to keep tabs on everyone. The general idea is to click everyone you can, people at the bottom are more likely to need clicks because they are new.

Best bet for hits is to look at the top pages, and look for anyone on there with a high rank but low defenses, under what you are ranked in mhz and kbps. I have successfully hit 2 different people in the top 3 pages (100 per page) for quite a lot. Just know that they dry up quickly.
 
Just attacked buthead09 for 94,000 and then 24,000. I reckon he's got about 30k left so make the hit if you want some guaranteed cash. (He's 420th)
 
Sweet baby messiah, I just took 600k off someone in 2 hits, Quad Xenon x3, ADSL2, 1.5 ADSL x2, and Level 4 virus get.

Edit: Holy crap it boosted me ~140 ranks
