I just used 5 ips and got less than 20,000 :lol

Leveling my virus is starting to pay off, I'm getting almost 20,000 credits per tick. Level 7 virus is going to cost almost 1,000,000 though.

It adds the number of machines you would normally get on infections P/T, so I presume you have a level 4 virus.

You get 5 referrals per day, it adds how every many infections per tick you currently have per referral.

example: 128 infections per tick x 5 = 640 machines

I got attacked for the first time by a couple people. Lost no money since I'm keeping my cash-on-hand below my vault capacity, but I lost several valuable infected machines.

Consequently, I boosted my mhz to 640. I also decided to boost my kbps to 184 so I can hit some bigger targets.

Look for Zenchy 570th overall. Though I took of 64K total from him out he should have 55K left.

This guy I think I attacked once apparently took offense. Has taken down a total of 60 of my machines. He's got the lowest ranked MHz rating ever, but apparently he has spent a bunch on vault upgrades instead. So dunno if he's actually got any cash. Just checked. Nope. Oh well, minus 318 machines for you.

Wow boosting your virus does a lot...it bumped me about 30 spots despite a drop in Kbps.

Gaf up to rank 18. We could prob break top 10 tomorrow.

I found one guy and took 50% of his credits. How much you ask? 92,000! I've hit him three times in a row and took 130,000 credits and destroyed 200 of his machines. I hope he doesn't bring the hammer on me.

Also, how does the vault work? Let's say my maximum is 10,000 credits. Are 10,000 credits in there now? How can I withdraw or deposit them?

It means $10,000 is protected from attack. No withdrawals or deposits necessary.

Think of the vault number as how much the FDIC is insuring you for. If someone tries to steal from you, up to 10,000 credits (in this case) will be safe. Anything over that is in danger.

I'm attacking people form rankings 150-350

The one that gave me the most (about 230k in total) was a guy called Serengeti, though.. he's level 469 right now but he has probably almost no money now (I got it all :lol )

kept attacking me because I attacked him once. What a jackass. Knocked down my infected over 50% all while getting no credits.
 
Something I have noticed that when you attack it doesn't use your full value of kbps, so you need to make sure that an adjusted amount will be enough. I attacked a guy that was like 365 for mhz and I was 329 for kbps, I have over 27k kbps and it only used 25k in the attack. Just so you know.

Edit, just attacked another guy. He is 374 rank mhz. I am 329 rank kbps. Failed.

That could also mean 58 more attackers, at 10% average machines lost, could be painful. I am willing to put in an effort to squelch any clan opponents.
