If you completely ignore the giant hole in MCs armor in the first trailer... sure.

It's pretty simple, one of these is true and one is a fabrication. The fact that the statue of Master Chief is nearly unscathed while Locke is using it as a example of a image of righteousness speaks volumes. How could this statue remain so untouched when everything around it is completely destroyed.

Reasons Locke's is a fabrication:

1) Wrong gun vs the HUD.

2) Unscathed statue of Master Chief while using it as an example.

3) Locke's radar doesn't even show Master Chief on his radar.

4) Lack of a correct gun reticule for the pistol.

5) It's a complete copy of the real version with reversed roles.

The easiest way to tell a lie is to twist the truth.

343 are smart to put more priority over 60 fps for a competitive shooter than resolution.

Dude, it's not trolling. MS and 343i played their cards with how their handled the remaster of their prestige franchise. MCC was a 343i game. They were responsible for the online and tying all the games together into a whole package. So yeah, it was in-house.

You need to read the credits in mcc again. the game was outsourced left & right. 343 has been mostly heads down on H5 for awhile now.

It was sold at a profit since the beginning, they said before launch that once it became cheaper to produce they would push along those savings to consumers as quickly as possible. The initial "price drop" is when they came out with a Kinectless bundle.

It's supposed to be subtle, if they wanted it to be glaringly obvious it would've been. But the lighting is different, the statue is more tore up, even the position of the clouds and the Infinity is different.

The MK VI doesn't have the ability to repair the armor-plating, the only other MK VI MJLONIRs are held by ONI and the UNSC who he clearly isn't going back to get another set.

Wouldn't that make the price drop more of a system seller than the game in that case?

Also, I'm sure the game will do fine when it comes to that. There will more than likely be a special edition Halo 5 SKU that will be more expensive than whatever the regular Xbox One SKU is during the time. Enough people will be buying the game and console for MS to not have to put it in a cheap free game bundle.

Yes, this is correct. Would be an interesting twist if in Halo 5 you play through some missions from the fabricated Locke's perspective, but then play through them the way they really happened as the Chief, barring it doesn't get repetitive playing through the same mission basically twice. We all know how much it blew having to run through the same area 3 entire times before you could get to the first Temple in Twilight Princess.
