UDON is releasing their street fighter comic as a webcomic 5 days a week:
Page one starts here, they're up to page 25+ now:

The series started about a decade ago as a printed comic, but the early issues are harder to find these days. The printed series is now complete and done with and can be bought in collected editions.
I think this is a great idea: generate interest in the series again by switching to webcomic. I don't think any other company has done this release-all-the-early-stuff-as-webcomic approach before. I support it, because if this DOES generate interest, hopefully it'll motivate them to restart a new series (Street fighter 4 or 3, either would be cool).
The series goes back and forth in time, incorporating pre-game stuff like Chun-Li's detective father, Dan's father and how he relates to Sagat, or Sagat and Ryu's first "Street Fighter 1" battle:
The series has various artists of varying quality, and the writing really bends over backwards sometimes to accommodate the inherent ridiculousness of fighting game stories, but overall it does a great job of making Street Figther's storyline actually work.
PSYCHO POWERRRR
If you haven't read this, start reading the webcomic now. It's a lot of fun if you accept the plot contrivances that an international fighting game requires (it's a bit like a James Bond plot, in a way).
I'd love to hear people's opinions if they've never read the series and are going to follow it now.
