2050's~2070's: Era known as the 'Post-Atomic Horror' marked by supply shortages, radioactivity, mutations, and chaos. Most of the worlds remaining governments collapse under the stress.

2055: A movement by Phillip Green gains momentum - ordering the euthanasia of hundreds of thousands of radiation-sickness stricken Humans, so they don't pass mutations onto future generations.

2063: Zephram Cochrane achieves warp speed during the flight of the Phoenix. Vulcans make first contact with Earth and humanity begins the road to recovery.
