Has anyone here worked on a commercial game that was "bad"?

Even though I actually enjoyed it (i hate sport sims) I am sure most would call Blitz: The League 2 "bad"

And im sure enough people call Batman: Arkham City - Lockdown bad as well...

Oh yeah plenty of people think MK vs DC was bad as well...

Man my track record blows... You guys liked MK9 right? :(

I worked on The Shield:The Game. The game had actually been shelved and a publisher decided they wanted to release it, so we finished it for release. There just wasn't enough time in the schedule we were given to make it good.

I worked on countless game show adaptations. By countless, I mean like... 6 in 4 years.

It's all I did at my previous job, and while I got very good at it, it was a complete snoozefest. The last one I did is the only one I'm proud of, because I was actually given carte blanche to just do "the best one we'll ever make, because it's the last one" and we and my assistant producer managed to motivate the team a hell of a lot and we produced a game that was leaps and bounds better than anything we'd put out before. No exec interference or anything really, really helped.

I've mentioned some of the titles I've worked on in the past on here, but I won't go into too much detail.

Now I'm at a small dev doing an iOS game that has a lot of potential, so who knows. At least it's an actual game!
