Has your significant other ever said you can rape them?

Mmmmm I remember waking up one night to find my drunk girlfriend having sex with me (or raping me as over-sensitive GAF would have it) and it was odd because we'd never discussed it before.
I was kinda pissed off at the time as I was really tired and had to be up early but looking back now it was pretty hot man.
She's since told me I can do her 'any time I want her' including when she's drunk / asleep / whatever but I dunno... feels weird.
Guess I'm just a pussy :lol

Under the legal definition, I was raped by my girlfriend last week. We came back from a night out and I passed out in bed. She then started riding me while I was asleep (I was apparently hard). Good times.

The phrase "you can have me anytime you want" is about as hot as it gets, I say take advantage of it man.

It's not rape. If it's something you really don't want to do and something she really wants then maybe the two of you aren't very sexually compatible.

Yea, the first one was definitely not compatible. However, my fiance and I are very compatible, LMAO. It's just she doesn't believe it's "possible" for me to assault her "since it's mine anyways". I personally disagree. But that doesn't stop me from having our fun on a regular basis =)

Don't just sit there and wait for your luck. Sometimes you have to get out and just take it!

I've always thought that if I were to rape someone it would be someone really famous like Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt. Someone whose reputation would be ruined if the public found out about it.

Yeah. Well, it was more an admittance that a rape fantasy existed.

i've had this happen before too. it's like sleeping through christmas morning.

A fantasy centered around "rape" is pretty common in my experience. But its not one I would indulge unless you are in a committed relationship with said chick due to the legal vulnerability it would place one in.

I am certainly not going to smack a random around and force myself on them regardless of how hard they beg for it...

This fact alone is not sufficient to assume consent.

Jesus... So what about a random grope of her tits? Obviously this is a sexual assault since being fucking married isn't sufficient grounds to assume consent.

I think we can agree that guys are afraid to act on their partner's fantasy fetish because we now live in a society where all men are seen as sexual offenders in potentia. It's a serious social stigma all men now face that has only gotten worse in recent decades with the rise of militant political correctness, sexual discrimination lawsuits and Gabborn News threads.

And yet, the idea (however inaccurate) that "women can't rape" is as common as ever. That's why your girlfriends aren't remotely afraid to ride you in your sleep and yet you dare not risk returning the favor. This is one area where I certainly envy the fairer sex. Women almost never have to think twice before hugging a stranger's child or kissing a stranger on the cheek.

Are you really arguing with me about this?

And are you really using that shitty argument?

Edit: actually, can't argue with you anyway, I'm off for the day.

I know its a dreadfully stupid argument to make. The question is why the fuck are you making it?

Does anyone else find it sad/pathetic that in today's society that this is actually a reasonable suggestion?

Its fairly vomit inducing...

The girlfriend has never actually SAID it's okay to rape her, but I think she has implied it.

kidding zomg

But no, physical restraint and maybe some light choking is as far as we go =P

what I don't understand is, what does she win from getting penetrated while unconscious and passing out???

if she asked for rape while both you are running naked in the house, that would be pretty common and udnerstandable and even hot as a fantasy but drunk and unconscious?

Errr... she just said fuck her when she's drunk and asking you for it.. sorry, but when the girl you are in a sexual relationship with is drunk, it's not rape.

she is your wife! rape does not mean rape rape it means rape with love not like i am gonna rip it apart
Actually even in domestic situations forcing sex upon someone is rape. Many married women don't know this, and lots of domestic victims support groups are trying to spread awareness about it.

But OP situation is different. She is being playful, and OP should let her know that he doesn't like sexing up sleeping chicks.

Don't do it, unless she hand-writes a document and signs it. Too much room for her to change her mind after the fact. Take it from me, a girl changing her mind after the fact is the shittiest thing in the world.

Depends on just how drunk she is. There are multiple levels, ranging from giggly, to tipsy, to squiffy, to drunk, to legless, to messy, to blotto'd, to passing the fuck out, to needing a stomach pump, to dead.

Anything up to drunk is fair game. Legless, messy and blotto require you to be in a similar state to show it wasn't you taking advantage of or in a long term relationship with trust and stuffs. Passing the fuck out is just a danger zone, man. Avoid it. Anything passed that is probably murder.

OP's situation is with his girl at passing the fuck out. Seems she just skips the earlier stages.

No, she wants to be fucked once she passes out.
