And yet many people picked oot and chronic crossThe perfect game wouldn't have frame pacing issues. It's damn close but the lack of a stable framerate resulting in really unresponsive controls knocks at least a point off for me.
It never gets old.

Soul Calibur for the Dreamcast.
It is the perfect combination of ease of use and skill. The gameplay was perfect and had just enough single player content to engage you when no friends were over to play.
....Darksiders? I really really like that game.
Also maybe Kingdom Hearts.
