[HELP] PS4 pro without image and no safe mode available

This the whole story

i bought my ps4 pro in March and for some stupid mistake i sold my old ps4 with the new hdmi cable (from the pro)

so i use the new ps4 pro with a regular hdmi cable on my 4k tv(samsung ku6400)

everything was working fine until may(more or less) when i startup the console and no image was show , only just sound.
Here was when i realized about the HDCP 2.2 problem, so to solved the problem i put the console in HDCP 1.4 (in the safe mode menu), after that i bought a new hdmi cable (which i suppose was enough to use all the power from the console) so i back to HDCP 2.2.

from there all was fine but yesterday the same thing happen, i startup the console but no image, just sound (but in this case It is not continuous)
so i tried to do the same, enter in safe mode and change the DHCP mode to 1.4
but there is no way of enter in Safe mode, i heard the 2nd beep but there is no image

so, today i bought a new hdmi cable but there is no case, not image at all only the sound of the menus

Can someone guide me to a solution or help, I'm in a deadlock right now
thank you in advance.

EDIT: if this is not the right place, please move it

[IMPORTANT UPDATE]
After a moment of genius on my part (this is sarcasm) i connect the console in an old tv and it works!!
so i was thinking in disable all the 4k option, all was automatic so the only thing i changed was disable the HDCP.

so i tried again in my 4kTV and works!!
i check and everything was the same way it was, except the HDCP (which i desactive when i connected in the other tv)

-resolution 3840 x 2160 - 60 Hz
colot YUV420
HDR: 2k/4k Compatible
HDCP Disabled

Now the problem is that i cant access to "online multimedia" service (in this case crunchyroll)
it says "Can not start application" (i must activate the HDCP)

so in resume
if i activate the HDCP can't use the console (no image)
but if i disable cant access to multimedia (Crunchyroll, netflix, etc)

I don't believe HDMI cables have much to do with what mode you're putting things in, cables are all pretty much the same. It might be a handshaking issue between your PS4 Pro and TV. You sure your TV supports 2.2 HDCP? What model/make is it? I think 2.2 has to do with content protection, which older 4K TVs don't necessarily support.

i post an update
now can use the the console but cant access to "Multimedia"
apparently the HDCP is blocking all the image, only disabled this option could use the console

Same issue with my pro started yesterday but on a 1080p TV. I'm sending it for repair ...

Though I could see the safe mode menu on my tv but I tried everything possible and could never fix the issue.

So it's a firmware issue .

Thanks Sony , this is really appalling .

No it's not. It would be widespread if it was. The last firmware update was a week ago....

So did you try another cable or TV or any of all the other things you could have tried?

Another cable yes, but I only have one TV so...

Try it at your neighbor :P
Jokes aside it's hard to come to a conclusion that it's a firmware issue or even one with the PS4P.
Though now and then these things happen and I've seen it come by on this forum so not doubting ya, but before you send it away might want to try everything first.

I reached the conclusion
that is about the HDCP, only disabling this option in the PS4,i was able to use it properly.

reaching home today i will tried to change the HDCP to 1.4 (I forgot to try to enter safe mode in the other tv)

BTW, i Check and supposedly my tv is compatible with hdcp 2.2 (i will try to find the official manual)
