we never saw what that key was for that Mohinder found in his father's address book right?

Also, we never learned more about the little girl that Sylar had come back for?

Episode 8: Seven Minutes to Midnight (I think)
The key was used to open Mohinder's father's desk draw in India where Mohinder found a file on another "hero". A Indian soccer playing kid who can enter dreams and showed Mohinder that he had a sister and helped him decide to come back to America.

I don't recall this.

ah thanks, forgot about the key.

The little girl that Parkman found hiding under the stairs... Sylar came back for her while she was in FBI custody, killed a couple of people then was chased off by Parkman, don't recall them mentioning the girl again.

ON YEA!!! Totally forgot about that! I wonder what powers the frozen dad and the girl had. Did the mom have her head cut open?

Just thinking now that the dad might not have had any powers, and could have been just the girl, since Sylar can't tell who has powers (i.e. cutting the wrong cheerleader's head open).

oh! That would be cool, if Sylar made a mistake with the dad. I think the mom was the one pinned up on the wall?

heal others with his touch. Maybe it is Nathan/Peters dad

Q&A post up by Beeman

Our music is composed by Wendy Melvoin and Lisa Coleman. You might remember them as Wendy and Lisa, who played with Prince and the Revolution in the 80’s. Besides continuing to play rock and roll, they have had a long career doing film and TV scores.

AWESOME!

From Anna-Maria Jurma:

Hi, I’m a big fan of the show and thought Episode 18 was fantastic! There’s just one question I had… If Sylar’s abilities were impaired by the drug Mohinder had given him, how did he stop his IV in the first place? If there were a shot in the show that tells us this, I’d love to know. Thanks!

I think Sylar has incredible will power and physical strength. I think he used his telekinetic abilities to reverse his blood flow and willed the drug back into the i.v. (That was actually in an earlier draft, but we didn’t end up shooting it that way.) Basically Mohinder monologued him for too long and should have shot him while he had the chance.

"monologued him" :lol was that a term before The Incredibles?

and there was a shot where they could have shown Sylar turning the IV off (when Mohinder stabs him in the neck the shot moves to show the knob) but they didn't. a little touch that could have been better, but oh well.

Looks like a new video has gone up @ www.activatingevolution.org of a
scientist who plucks favorable genes from one plant species and inserts them
into another. I've heard rumors of "specials" with similar powers (only
they don't need a lab).

Posted some new Bennet voicemails at http://samantha48616e61.com too.

Ps. The mysterious file HRG led me to is very revealing. We're on to something big.

Notice from Yamagato Industries
In light of the tragic events that has happened on November 8th, we have decided to shut down this blog.

Yamagato Industries sends their deep condolences to those who lost their loved ones.

We would also like to acknowledge that Yamagato Industries is in no way associated with Hiro Nakamura.
wait, what?

EDIT: oh, this is part of the ARG. I'm not too familiar with this one other than the emails from Hana.
Code:
Here is the solution:
(by texgrog and great folks at http://www.9thwonders.com/boards/)

- Make the whole paragraph in the blog bound by Death(4) and Luck(7): LineWidth = 47 characters, WordWrap = On.
- Format the whole paragraph using a fixed/monospace font (Courier/Courier New...) to tell truth.
- The hidden message is composed of each 15th letter of each line.

So it looks like below:

How would one |f|ind a flower? A ray of hope, a
light that wil|l| illuminate nature's undisturbed
process for lo|o|ming survival. Mankind has a
choice. A path|w|ay, a destiny. Care to remind me

Hana,
I knew I could reach you this way. I was able to hack into the old
Yamagato server. Times may have changed but their security system is
still ancient.

It's ironic that my father's email is still active. I figured this
would be the securest way to communicate to you.

As you know we are in desperate times. I've finally found Molly
Walker. I will find others. I seek assistance from you and your
partner to provide a safe harbor.

I will not give up. I thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Safe journey and god speed.

For Charlie,

oh oh oh...longer preview on the NBC website. it shows that the brunette IS Claire.

It looked exactly like her anyway.

The preview looks to be mostly the same as the one after Parasite with 4 or 5 extra snippets.

I finally caught up on all the episodes I missed since 24 started back up...WTF didn't I wait a few weeks to catch up!? Now I have to wait an entire month after watching the last 7 episodes in succession.

One thing that stuck out though. How is it that no-one sees it as a big deal that they were exposded to very high levels of radiation during Ted's 'meltdown'? Claire I get, but everyone else should be dead from radiation poisioning or atleast scared to death about the chronic illness. IDK, that was the only "WTF" moment for me during the last several episodes.

Also, if Peter hasn't had any contact with Ted Sprague(or anyone like him) why is he so worried about blowing everyone up?

Yeah, the radiation thing bugs me too. I just tell myself it's TV and ignore it.

As for Peter, he just had those dreams about blowing up NY. He doesn't know how it's going to happen, he's just afraid it will.

Well, to everybody else's credit here, I think the whole radiation deal was brought up in the episode thread.

And I don't think Peter even knows who Ted is (at this point). All he has to go on is he's going to explode in the future and take Manhattan with him. It's just viewer assumption that absorbing Ted's powers will make him explode. For all we know simply absorbing too much might set him off.

[nerd mode]

Peter started to "blow up" in the episode he healed himself because he started thinking about too many other people. All of their powers started to manifest at the same time and the "exploding" process began.

[/nerd mode]

of course, this could be completely off-base since we don't really know how it is supposed to occur.

Yeah I try too, but it gets damn near impossible since the writers made Ted's wife die from an uber case of cancer caused by his radio-active abilities. Not to mention people were around him with radioactivity dectors going "zomg stay away from him".. Then a few episodes later people are taking radio active blasts point blank to the body and watching casually as he lets off mini nukes in the palm of is hand. I get Claire being okay, but Parkman and Claire's dad is a mind-boggler.

Well, the Heroes writers are kinda loose with their "science." That's the thing about this show...there are a bunch of holes,. I just have to turn off my brain sometimes. It's one of the few shows I'm willing to do that with. My favorite part of the radiation thing is the anti-radiation pill the FBI chick gave to Parkman. Whenever the two FBI chicks get together, I HAVE to fastforward. The dialogue and the delivery are beyond horrible. I can take one at a time, but two is too much.

The militant cop chick is annoying as hell. I want someone to pwn her ass so much. Heres hoping for a Sylar torture scene with her.

IMO, her supervisor is much more annoying than her...besides i'm a fan of Clea Duvall for all her offbeat roles she's had such as on the show "Popular", and in the movies "The Faculty", "But i'm a Cheerleader", etc...this is actually the most "normal" role i've seen her in.

Parkman's partner who was tracking Sylar in the first place.

Oh, her. I agree, she doesn't really serve too much purpose aside from being another love interest for Matt besides his wife.

Yeah, like I said...put both Parkman's partner AND the supervisor together and you want to stick pins in your eyes. I hope Sylar gets to them both. If not, hopefully, they won't appear anymore now that Parkman's under control of "The Organization."
