I haven't had this yet, usually when I'm at a place that have this they also have Thai iced coffee.. And I can't pass up coffee. Thai iced coffee is basically half coffee, half milk and sugar. Lots of sugar.

Oh son of a bitch, you're right. I've always had an adverse reaction to things like swiss cheese, bee hives, and pretty much anything with lots of relatively uniform holes. And that lotus pod, UGH. I never knew it was a thing, though.

I don't think I have any issues with holes, but the ones where it's on the human body was pretty freaky. The lotus seed on the guy's shoulder and the two mouths on the girl's fingers -

Okay, now that I see it I know I have seen it before on TV, but I am not sure if anywhere around me has it. We have a good sized Asian population though, so maybe.

I dearly love bubble tea, and while any flavor is pretty great, my favorite is plain ol' iced milk tea with boba. A local Asian grocery had a bakery section that did Chinese pastries and bubble tea, but went out of business at the beginning of the year. I was bereft until I swung by there again recently...to see someone had taken over the old bakery and bubble tea was right there waiting for me. I damn near wept manly tears of joy.

I normally hate bubble tea but have to suffer through going to these places since my wife and friend love them so I've tried a lot around the City and the boroughs.

This is the one place I don't mind. Heck in fact I actually like. Still can only finish a 1/3 of a small though.
