I think we should introduce an element of danger to the paparazzi game by making it fully legal for celebrities to do whatever they want to those who attempt to take candid pictures of them. It would make the paparazzi game a far more stealthy business and natural selection would soon see off the most dim-witted and overweight paparazzos. Seems fair to me, that way the paparazzi can harass the celebs all they want, but if they get caught, then they're fucked.
