How do I tell my girl she needs to work out?

if the dude requires athena at his side, why didn't he go look for her in the first place? why try to damage this girl's psyche. hence, he's a worthless **** rag and sure as hell diesn't care about her "health" he's just shallow and knows nothing of realtionships.
 
my, people here are sensitive about their weight.

look how thick her arms and legs are. I reckon she gets elbow cleavage when she straightens her arms.
 
If you're built like Kratos, are primarily concerned with sex and physical appearance, and live in Sweden why are you worrying about a girl in Japan you only see a few times a year?
 
My ex had my son and daughter... So the tummy is all banged out. Understandable. Now, the girl I'm currently banging had 3 kids, and has a flat stomach and no stretch marks.

In all likelihood, if her legs look like that at that weight, those legs are never gonna slim down. You can't change the shape of your muscles like that.

To be honest, is this a thread to show off that the OP has a Japanese (omg ASIAN) girlfriend?

You know from that shot she doesn't look fat. You would show something obvious that she looks fat, not a cute-sy picture.

Also, how are long-distance relationships possible? 4-6 times (days/weeks/months?) an year? That's a relationship?

Explain how you two met, and maybe we could sympathesize with you more.

To answer the original question, just tell her directly (work out and I'm concerned about your health) or indirectly (say you work out a lot).

I mean, this problem isn't as serious as if you were to say, "How do I tell my girl that I contracted a STD (and had sex with her) or something?"

The only right answer. Chicks are uber conscious about their weight, so if you approach it the wrong way, you're toast.

:lol :lol :lol Jesus christ you guys need to take a freaking chill pill. You look at one shot and suddenly you know more about her body than the OP? OH NO!!!!!!!!! he wants her to work out some more. I'll admit that I am a virgin too but you guys are display Shawn level of virgin anger.

He even said so that he doesn't think she is fat but she is putting on some weight and she looks a little bigger than all of the girls he sees in Japan. Now if she was in America she would be really slim.

Guys can be such assholes. Women can't be perfect all time. That girl looks cute, and seems rather 'fit'. And if she's not 'fit' in the OP's mind, then go find a skinny branch elsewhere. Don't tell her that she needs to lose some weight, it will mess with her.

I can't believe having a little bit of tummy is a turn-off these days.

It's got nothing to do with being a virgin or not. Regardless of her gender, this woman does not need to lose any weight. Period.

I wasn't aware we were playing Clue.

Despite those that are being histrionic, the truth is that depending on how you go about saying something like this, it can really mess up her self esteem. Unless he can show a picture that's more indicative of what he means, then he's probably not going to win many people on his side.
 
Since you see her rarely, you could tell her next time you see her you are going to take her out hiking, camping, w/e, something that takes decent amount of physical activity the next time you see her, and suggest that she condition herself for the adventure. Mind you, you are going to have to actually do the activity if you say this. Might help to mention that you yourself are gonna prep with some cardio training.
