Planetside 2 is on PC and is made by Sony so I think the chances of seeing Bloodbourne on PC are very good.

I'd say about as likely as Uncharted 4 appearing on PC. It's a first party title, and as far as I know Sony hasn't released a first party title on a platform other than PlayStation.

Twisted Metal 2 and JetMoto are on PC as well...>.>

Planetside 2 was published by SOE. Bloodborne is being published by SCE. If you're going to going to apply that logic, go look at a list of games published by SCE and see how many of them came to PC.

Chances are you aren't going to find many (none that I could find quickly skimming a list on wikipedia)
