i'd say around 5 right now, there are other people i hang out with semi-regularly, but we're not that close or anything. honestly though i think considering anybody 'best' friends is stupid, and forces you to objectively rank people who are subjectively different.

I'd say only one "good friend" left... I consider most people I know as acquaintances at best, even after months/years.

I've got quite a lot of friends, but If by good friend you mean people that we're really close to and we really trust, then I've got four in high school and two relatives who I would consider good friends.
