For the last couple months, 1-2 times a week. I just can't get enough lately for some reason.
Twice a week. I make dough every Monday and let it cold rise, I eat it on Wednesday and Thursday. Everything is homemade and I keep the toppings simple so the pizza is under 500 calories while being delicious.

Dough recipe, I've tried many but this is my favourite. Works best after 48 hours cold rise.
The sauce is my own recipe, after lots of trial and error it's how I like it:
1 tin plum tomatoes (drained) 400g
Tomato puree, about 1/3 of a 150g tube
2x TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1x TSP salt
2x TSP sugar
2x TSP oregano
2x TSP garlic granules
1/2 - 1x TSP crushed chillie
Blend until almost smooth, you want a little texture. This makes enough sauce for around 4 medium sized pizzas and you don't need to cook it.
