What. How is remote playing your game the same as actually playing the game on your PC. Which doesn't require the console to play it.
Eyy great use of my gif.

1. Gutted from a half-broken prebuilt that was being shoved off on Ebay for parts at $20. Did buy myself a 2TB external for like $50 later though. Not much of an issue.
2. Joke Answer: Optical drives are for chumps.
2. Serious Answer: Gutted from the $20 corpse.
3. Came with my MSDN subscription.
Honestly though noone ever really factors those in when discussing the prices of builds in my experience.
"Sony hopes PlayStation Neo's better graphics will stop PS4 users jumping to PC"

Honestly, I doubt Sony is terrified (Your passive-aggressive sarcasm is not necessary) - If anyone's terrified, it's me and others in the PC sphere. Sony's market position is strong enough for them to start making demands of developers concerning versions of their games on other platforms like Microsoft was last gen. While they've not yet, I think we can all safely say that the Humble Sony we all enjoyed late last gen and early this gen is gone.

This.Um its steals thunder from the xbox since I can now just have a pc and a ps4 and enjoy all the games.
Hypothetical question: Say MS is successful at launching all 1st party xb1 IPs on Windows 10. This move steals some thunder away from the PS4. What would Sony do to gain back the fans that made the switch to xb1 and PC?
Btw, I'm a Sony, MS, Nintendo, Apple fanboy, so it doesn't matter who wins.
Continue to make games.

That'sbait.gif if I ever seen one and just plain silly.Sony always mimics competition in some shape or form. They seen subscription online features dominating the 360 and came up with a way to fight back. Nintendo had the rumble pack, then came the Duel Shock with the vibration. Sony always adopts, and puts a spin on things without straight up ripping off.

I don't see why they'd feel the need to do anything.
with PS Vita /kappa
They don't have to do anything because 99% of consumers will simply ignore the W10 store and Play Anywhere.

I just got rid of my XB1 since all upcoming games can be played on my PC.
Sony really needs to counter and find a reason for me to sell my PS4.

I don't understand people saying "Well why would I buy an Xbox now? I'll just play on my PC." Yeah, that's fine and actually better for everyone. PC gamers get more choice in games, and Xbox gamers got a lot more users to play multiplayer games with. Xbox is a multiplatform service now, you don't need a console to enjoy it.
Everytime MS do something, another thread will pop up "How will Sony counter___".
And then a thread full of overly defensive Sony GAF reactions follows.
Anyway, as long as Sony is ahead they'll probably pretty much keep doing what they're doing, but the people assuming Play Anywhere somehow means Xbox is doomed is also silly.
Keep making exclusives to sell PS4's...
MS is essentially killing XB1 sales in my eyes IMO.

The more users MS brings to PC gaming, instead of the closed Xbox-console ecosystem, the more users that will defect toward greater consumption of games on Steam (because it's the sensible choice), and the less consumption of anything gaming related on the Windows Store barring an occasional exclusive. The PC is not a walled garden. Users will gravitate toward the better service - that is, Steam. On the console space, that is PS4.
