How would you rate fast food?

Being vegetarian I don't have many fast-food choices. Taco Bell and Chipotle are pretty much all I eat if I'm getting fast-food. I wish there was a Fazoli's around here, I love that place.

If you're strapped for cash, though, you can't beat Taco Bell. Cheesy Bean and Rice burritos have no equal for $0.99.

last time i went to the red robin the service was terrible.

Those are pretty much the only fast food places I eat at. I'll occasionally get Pizza Hut from time to time.

I dunno, when I went, the waitress was really cool, very prompt, too. Maybe they got a lot of complaints and changed up their staff.

Mcdonalds and Burgerking are the worst. Fucking soggy shitty burgers.
 
Why did this thread live while this thread died? Gaf is a fickle creature.

Anyway, same as that one. Taco Bell is the only one I can stand these days, although I will have a quarter pounder w/cheese or a bacon egg & cheese biscuit from McDonald's every once in awhile. Oh, and I gorge myself on KFC every year or two but they have really gone down the shitter since the turn of the century.

Oh, and I LOVE Chik-Fil-A but they don't have them out here. =/
 
Wendys=Tasty, pretty high quality
Burger King=Used to be amazing
Arbys= shitty
Mcdonalds=cheap, tasty, quick
Taco Bell=Meh

In New Zealand we have a couple of really good ones: Hell Pizza and Burger Fuel. The latter has amazing soy milkshakes and the best complete burgers you can get. Other than that, I'm a fiend for Wendy's. I could eat a Baconator off a dick.

Burger King is kinda shitty, but has a couple of notables and you can get a lotta shit for fuck all jewels.

McDonalds is tragic, but again, a couple of decent things on the menu. Always open, too, and pretty cheap.

Pizza Hut is shit.

Domino's is even worse. I don't even consider that food. It's not even good for a food wank, either; none of their pizzas have any flavour.
 
WTB whatever Wendy's everyone else is having. The Wendy's restaurants in Toronto must have taken a fucking nosedive this year; I remember liking them, but lately, the fries are fucking gross, the meat tastes more processed and mushy than McDonald's (yeah, it's possible =/) and the service was garbage too, to top it all off.
 
McDonalds: McNuggets are pretty good, fries are good when they're hot, everything else they serve is terrible. 2/5

Burger King: Fries are terrible, burgers are spectacular, and they serve slurpees. 4/5

Wendys: food isn't great, but it isn't terrible either. 3/5.

KFC: Good chicken and mashed potatoes. 4.5/5

In-N-Out: No, it's not overrated. 6/5

Papa Murphys (even though it technically isn't fast food since you have to bake the pizza yourself): Pizza is excellent. 5/5.

All other pizza places (Dominos, Pizza Hut, Barros, etc): Utter crap. 0/5.

Sonic: Sometimes their food is pretty good. Sometimes it's absolutely disgusting. 2/5

wendy's quality definitely took a hit over the last 5 yrs... or it's just in my mind. i still like it once every few months.
 
McDonalds-I don't care for their burgers, but I like their chicken. Fries are great, and they have the best drinks usually. And I like those pumpkin pie things around thanksgiving time.

Burger King- Burgers are ok, fries are good, don't care for much else on their menu.

Wendys-I usually only get jr. bacon cheeseburgers. I don't like their fries at all but you can switch it out for baked potatoes which are ok. Frostys are good.

Rallys-solid burgers, about like Burger King's, and the greatest fries ever. Huge drinks.

Sonic-Uh....cheese sticks are ok. Everything else is shit save maybe shakes.

Arbys- 5 for 5.55 rocks. Two roast beefs, two cheese sticks, and a shake. Sweet.

Long John Silver's- Pretty damn good all around.

Taco Bell- What would I do without you Baja Chalupa? Kill myself that's what.

KFC-Pretty solid chicken. Plus potato wedges.

Popeyes-Great sides, I don't care for their chicken though. So I usually get shrimp.

Never been to Church's, Whataburger, White Castle, Jack in the Box. I've been to Hardee's but it was so long ago I don't remember.

Pizza I pretty much like them all.
 
i rated in terms of grades, and a B is something that i consider like average and i would rarely go out of my way for, but i'll definitely eat it if it's available

You mean Panera Bread? It doesn't quite count. And did you West coasters just get this or what?

Also, those of you rating Sonic so low, are you located outside the Great Plains region? Because here Sonic is always awesome, not only because the HQ is located in OK, but the franchises tend to be owned by the same people.
 
Whataburger = best, Texas gets something good
Chick-Fil-A = good but costs too much
Taco Bell = decent, cheap, and close to the house
Chinese Wok = think this is just a local place, but it's awesome and cheap and a fuck ton of food
Wendy's = ok but greasy as hell, decent value menu
Jack in the Box = good food, great value menu
Burger King = ok, but I only go there for the whopper or when they have some special thing I want to try
Arby's = good
McDonald's = shit, this is really the only fast food I hate
Sonic = it's ok, only good for the toaster sandwiches and chili dogs though, drinks are 90% ice
 
Since most of the places are so diverse it was hard to get accurate rankings. So I went by what each establishment does best. If one has a diverse amount of items I judge them based upon all of their items. I'm a fast food junkie so I'm missing many many more.

On the rare occasion that I have fast food, Wendy's is the only place that I will intentionally go to. Squashed burgers aside (and what burger joint doesn't inadvertently flatten your food during wrapping?) it's good quality stuff and they've got a very nice selection of things on the menu. Being able to get my favorite trio - a Jr. Bacon, small chili and a Frosty - for a bit over $3 is a plus.

I'll hit up the Taco Bell in the mall once in a great while if I forget to bring my lunch to work, but have never gone out of my way to eat there. It's decent stuff (for someone like myself who's never had legitimate Mexican food before) and cheap as all get out.

Looking at the lists bggrthnjsus and Sanjuro made makes my head spin a little. I've never seen or heard of at least half of those places; we've got the two aforementioned chains, along with a McDonalds, a Burger King, Pizza Hut and a KFC. That's it...

I kinda hate that we don't have much more than the usual fast foods, but here's what I would say:

1. Taco Bell - Lots of good stuff
2. Wendys - probably the best quality fast food burgers we get around here
3. Burger King - Best chicken sandwiches imo
4. McDonalds - only good for a bigmac
5. KFC - only good when I'm craving it, which is almost never
6. Arbys - Never really had anything but curly fries... but they were amazing

I HATE subway, so I'm not even gonna rank it.

oh man. Back when I worked in langley, I used to get triple O burgers from the chevron at 232 and highway 1 in langley whenever they had that Tuesday deal. Delicious! The fries are pretty good too. Nevermind Mcdonalds, Wendys etc.

A&W is good yes, but I find it to be quite expensive. I would rather just get something healthy and tasty for my 8 bucks instead of a burger and fries. Especially since I could get a much cheaper burger at Mcdicks for like 5 bucks.

Its my opinion. Variety? No. The only thing "decent" they have are hot dogs. Decent? Out of the 7 times I have gone there the hot dog has only been cooked properly once and were cold. On paper are they good? Sure. But if they can't execute it in 7 attempts at 4 locations then I would call that an absolute failure. Spike's Junkyard Dogs destroy them in quality and sheer size of their menu.

I don't really like hamburgers from any restaurant as I prefer my own.

If I get fast foot it is usually something with chicken or pizza. I always liked the spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's (though I pretty much dislike everything else on their menu). A decent Popeyes usually has some kickass stuff. Wish there were more Popeyes.

McDonalds doesn't really have any good chicken sandwiches, but I like their fries. BK has a decent chicken sandwich.

KFC is the WORST fast food restaurant in my experience. Their chicken is so nasty.

Chipotle is not bad.

Been to In n Out and it was pretty good, but I still prefer my own burgers. Rallys is decent too, but again I would rather just make my own.
