hard to remember how all the San Juan 'sub-urbs' are situated

and now some guy is talking about the possibility of a union chief saying something was going to happen today

There's an old lady trying to remain as calm as she possibly can trying to give advice. She's reminding people that a wet towel can help people deal with the fumes.

Was it a terrorist attack or something? If not, then it was a random explosion, happens elsewhere all the time, not international news.

Keep in mind that there's nothing in the local TV; only movies and random things.. News start at 5AM, so they are probably readying everything and y start a few minutes earlier..
 
this is crazy shit. admittedly it's only almost 7 am here so most of the journalists are probably asleep but no one is reporting this at all yet.

Malfunctioning equipment or some other accident most like but people love a good conspiracy theory so the worst is almost always assumed but the likely cause is probably pretty boring.

Breaking: People are clogging the fuel stations all over the metro area. Yes, it's a chaos =(. People want to get all the fuel they want in case something happens or there's a shortage of fuel.

The people from the control room at the refinery haven't been found. Conflicting reports. Some say they escaped, but now this guy said they haven't been found anywhere.
