Something either is a parody/satire or it's not, it can't be different things for different people,
While I don't think this game is a parody or a satire, its just one of those games while having criticism of its trappings. At least from what I've seen, all I did was watch a couple of lets plays when the game first came out on jessie cox's channel. So unless it goes down hill from what I saw, its that.
That said though, you are wrong. People interpretate parodies to not be that all the time, and vice versa. Your statement is ignorant of the interpretation of art in general, and more importantly human nature. This just doesn't apply to parodies, sometimes the whole meaning of movies can be whole sale removed if the audience identifies something else with it, just look at scarface.
The idea that it can be different things for different people is ignore that people are different and the reality that is people not seeing things the way you are. I don't really care what hunniepop is or isn't, frankly I don't care. I just wanted to address this
