Sure, but PC games have had adjustable resolutions since around Microsoft 95.
Just increasing the resolution a game runs at does not make it HD to me. You can run Quake 1 at higher resolutions than is supported by any of the monitors people on this board own.

But maybe I'm wrong, I don't think so but we'll see.
If it was a HD version they would advertise this fact.

1280x720 or 1920x1080 = HD. HD is high(ish) resolution. It means nothing else. It doesn't mean the textures in the game or high res or anything like that. It just means the game is being rendered at 720p or higher.

I think now Okami has been announced, I'm probably done with Remasters. While there are a few other games I would buy, FFXII, DQ8 etc, but I wouldn't even get close to playing a decent chunk of them, it'd be just to own them.

The Kingdom Hearts games would be cool, especially if they put BbS in there too, as it was easily over looked as a result of it's platform.

I was so pleased to see Okami get announced, it was the big one I was hoping for. They need to v-sync it though.

but Radiata, and Skies I would also happily take a sequel, but I know they will never happen.

yes, I feel the shame. This game would have been perfect with a wii remote. Now with the wiiu control I can see some really funky cool asymmetrical gameplay. I'd kick starter this shit in a heart beat.

I could go for some Mana HD sequels on Wii U. Didn't have any Nintendo systems (save the Gameboy) growing up till the N64 so I would love to play some RPG classics I missed out on. Oh and Fatal Frame HD and 4 (or is it 5?) Wii U Nintendo, please.

I think Nintendo knows this has to be done sooner or later, they aren't going to miss out on free cash with the HD remakes they could make. While we're on Nintendo, Yoshi's Island or sequel to Super Mario World.
