If two games could have a baby

Socom 2 and lbp

Basically socom 2's gameplay and maps an lBP's level creation including the ability to make new games/modes.

Really I just want shootermania to come out.

Final fantasy XII gameplay, sense of exploration, bestiary, missions... Vagrant Story story, characters, world (vagrant's side of ivalice, for a change). Bam, dream game right there.

terraria/NinjaGaiden mash up. So you'd use your attacks to mine/fight off monsters. Folks who are actually good at doing combostrings end up gaining materials at a faster rate. You'd gain loot/equipment to just augment your stats and building materials, but there would be a actual deep combat system.

*basically just wants them mashed up so he doesn't have to split time between them*

Super Metroid and Mario 3d Land. Super Metroid with 3d Land's 2.5D play style.
Mega Man and Mario 3d Land.
Castlevania and Mario 3d Land.
Basically 3d Land is the land of new possibilities for so so many old properties.

last one I promise

Mario and LittleBigPlanet
either LittleBigPlanet with Mario physics or a Mario game with play-share-create similar to LittleBigPlanet.
i think this would be the best combo ever. Mario physics are the best for a platformer.

Shinobi (PS2) and Shadow of the Colossus

Consider it an action-platformer where you're running and jumping up giant creatures, slashing at their weakpoints all in one fluid and uninterrupted rush of adrenaline. Give it a flashy cyberpunk aesthetic with a techno soundtrack and you've got yourself the perfect recipe for badass. Get Treasure or Platinum Games to make it. Maybe Tetsuya Mizuguchi on that soundtrack and some of the visual design.

1. Bayonetta + Skyrim: Combat system perfected with the huge quest + freedom of Skyrim. Witch Conan terrorizing the lands with her hair powers? Yes please.

2. Grand Theft Auto + Snatcher: Basically a Bladerunner sandbox game. Need I say more?

3. RE4 + every shooter for the rest of time: Because no one seems to understand pacing, great campaign length, and replay value in shooters anymore.

I think some combination of 3D Zelda, Ninja Gaiden and Prince of Persia: Sands of Time. So either a Zelda-style game with SoT style platforming or with Ninja Gaiden-style combat. Or something like PoP Sands of Time with Ninja Gaiden-style combat. But I want the platforming to be as good as PoP and combat to be as good as NG. I know some games have tried to do something like this, but one or both always takes a hit in the process in my experience.

Left 4 Dead 2 with GTAIV/ or SRIII setting, hmm Undead Nightmare in RDR might counts but the co-op MP of L4D is what I want, but over a big envorment, dead island didn't do it for me.

= Mass Effect 3, released this year.

We'll see if it's worthy of that designation. The major component being vehicle exploration.

Another one is Mass Effect and Witcher. Something with the tone and C&C of the Witcher series but set in space.

Bayonetta and Vanquish.

The best third person close quarters combat, focused on the face buttons, meets the best third person mid range shooter, focused on the shoulder buttons.

It's even the same engine. The greatest game ever made is at their finger tips...

Elder Scrolls + Red Dead Redemption = open world fprpg western.

Elder Scrolls + Minecraft = infinite Elder Scrolls game with building and land destruction and massive dungeons

Elder Scrolls + Borderlands = fp fantasy Diablo-clone with MMO elements with 750k weapons and tons of action

Fallout 3 + Red Faction Guerilla = third person open world shooter with RPG elements and terrain destruction set in the Fallout universe

Yeah, I did that just now.

Red Dead Redemption + GTAV - GTAV = Read Dead Redemption 2 which needs to be announced soon.

I want to combine the combat and leveling system of Blue Dragon with the story, characters and music of Mother 3.

It will be the greatest thing ever.

Mass Effect + Assassin's creed.

You know how in Assasin's creed I and II you explore a different city every time ? I wanna do this in the Mass Effect universe, Damn you Bioware I wanna go to these beautiful backgrounds !!

A dream I never knew I had is already coming true.
Dark Souls + Shadow of the Colossus + Elder Scrolls = Dragon's Dogma.

Catherine and Hatoful Boyfriend.

The game would look awesome, play awesome and will have the weirdest story and characters which won't be topped in any game ever again. Also, of course a cool limited deluxe edition would be released. Haven't decided what the contents would be of that version of the game.

Pokemon + World of Warcraft
Dude. Mists of Pandaria:

Uncharted and Assassin's Creed

Nate is kidnapped by a bad guy and forced into an animus to sync him with his ancestor to find a secret, cursed treasure...
Too bad he's not really a Drake

Resident Evil & Bioshock.

Imagine Resident Evil with the quality of Bioshocks controls, pacing, and ability to build atmosphere.

A dream I never knew I had is already coming true.
Dark Souls + Shadow of the Colossus + Elder Scrolls = Dragon's Dogma.
I seriously can't wait for this game. It really does seem like a dream game come true. High fantasy, open world with the ability to make seemingly whatever type of human character you want (from child to old man to fat fuck) and interact with the enemy in ways not seen since SotC.

]Kingdoms of Amular[/B] sounds right up your alley, then.

Anyway, here is mine:

Skies of Arcadia and Fallout/Elder Scrolls: I just really want to see an awesome open world Steampunk/Sky Pirate game.

Star Wars and Deus Ex: After playing as an Imperial Agent in SW: TOR, I think an actual steath/action-adventure game set in the Star Wars universe would be really awesome.

This first bolded has piqued my interest. Though the trailers look like its going for God Of War style combat (XXXthenY for a Area Of Effect Finisher) vs the really fluid combo/cancelling possible in DMC3-4/Ninja Gaiden1-2/Bayonetta (which have XXXY combos, but allow for interrupting/continuing the combos well past the initial combo).

The second bolded sounds a bit like Shadows of the Empire, though I never really played much of Shadows of the Empire to really get a feel for the game (No N64 in my collection).
