I would've went for Motorstorm over Driveclub, Outrun 2006 Coast 2 Coast over the original, Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012 over 2005 and Forza Horizon 4 over 3, personally.

No Need For Speed : Porsche Unleashed?
I haven't been a huge racing game enthusiast but Porsche Unleashed got its hooks in me. You raced around beautifully rendered European towns, countryside mountain passes and coastal roads rather than a NASCAR style race track. I played it on PC with a wheel & pedals.

Still two years to get FH3, six to get FH4 UE, which is a bargain at $300
But it's completely disingenuous to say that FH3 is only available via piracy when there are piles of the discs around and the servers are STILL up....But yeah, the dlc is rapidly approaching unobtanium.
And honestly, 1/2 the fun of these games is the online multiplayer, which you're just not getting sailing the seven seas....

Network Q RAC Rally, the entire series did that before too. In a "simulator" level.

(Another very underrated and unknown game. It never arrived on consoles)
