Yes you can. I shared the Naruto Storm demo this same way before when it came from Qore and everyone just logged in, started the dl, and logged off. Didn't need to activate the account or anything.

Do we have to ask to have the login info PM'd to get the share? If so can someone send me the info. I would prefer to try the game out before going to preorder it.

I'm using someone's username, and when I go to enter the name and password on my PS3, it says I cannot log into another person's account. What's the deal?

This happened to me last night - to remedy the solution I created a new PS3 account on my machine then went to playstation network --> sign up --> use an existing account. You could try that if you haven't gotten it to work yet.
