Saywhu? Is that a rule or something? If it is I'll remove them. Scans Daily is a pretty reputable site that follows a strict posting limit of no more than four scans per current comic. They don't post entire issues. Only trouble they've had was from Peter David over a spoiler for a X-Factor comic, and that got cleared up (and led to the new posting limit).

the rest fair way better, but Harley is stand out bad..

I don't think anyone has any idea what to do with Harley Quinn at this point.

I would say they should just retire the character, but she is super popular so DC won't.
