Computer enhancing can do that, yes. But push up bras alone can't increase you by 2/3 cup sizes! I shop for bras, I own a range of different bras including push ups and believe me, they alone cannot do that.

Implants = not classy. I like them if they're good, but strictly for the most primitive of reasons.
