There are too much agenda-driven showcases that push certain titles just because they're made by groups that are somewhat still marked as "marginalized".

In the meantime, AA and indie titles made by developers that don't fall under these categories will probably be pushed aside.

If most of the topics focus on the "woke" theme, it's more obvious that I'll participate.

But just as you constantly denounce woke games (well, the woke games you don't like, because your double standards are legendary),

If you are asking if discussion of the ideological agenda driven elements of modern game design should be censored or punished, then no. This is a very significant part of how modern games are made, with the industry hiring professional activists to handle its inclusion, and an area where the (Western) industry holds a wildly different view to its audience.

There are plenty of safe space platforms available with full censorship of (at least one side of) the topic if someone needs to be fully protected from it.

I just made a is It woke thread which had one joke in it (so one more than any other woke slope threads) AND a genuine question about what type of movie ip could make a good blockbuster AAA action adventure game (my bet Escape from both NY and LA could be great), and Cumulus comes in, miss the joke flying over his head, and post the most tired "are you on drugs ?" answer while reporting the thread (allegedly). Gonzito always comes from a sincere place, that is why even his witch hunt woke slop posts were not as tiresome as some other stuff.

I wish we could keep the entertaining threads about any topic and get rid of the lazy, engagment farming ones, but that would need some time for reasoning from the mods, which they don't have so can't blame them.

If someone makes such a thread and is unable to make a compelling case, that is what the ability for others to reply is for.
