Outrun's "Last Wave" is hands-down the best ending credits chill song ever made.

It's so good that it passes the non-gaming wife test in that it is the only video game song that she has asked me to replay for her. There are no complicated layers to it or anything like that - just a short, beautiful melody that makes you smile.
