I'm gonna overlook the creepiness factor and say that you'd be better off organizing photos using metadata rather than folders. You can do this by downloading picture viewer/organizers like iPhoto (OSX), Picasa, etc.

Also, there are programs out there (e.g. DownThemAll) that will download all links/images on a webpage. That way, you don't have to right-click and "save as" for all of them.
