I hope they go further and add summaries, stories and all kinds of stuff just like JUS had, I know this has as much chance coming to America as Hard Gay but man having it in English with Japanese voices would be amazing, definitely importing this.

That's actually a pretty good number, being even close to Ultra. But I don't see how it would be a failure.

I looked at the trailer again and it seems that certain characters can fly but some can't. I'm just guessing since I can't see Gintoki or Kochikame flying around stages. Who knows, maybe it can be a strategy or a hindrance for certain characters.

I'm usually drawn off by the prices of new releases and shipment fees sometimes. I think the closest game I almost pulled the trigger on buying was Hatsune Miku for PSV. Then it got an English release so I guess I'm glad I didn't. I hope localization's aren't hard to do.

Looks like ass, the Naruto games were way more polished. Some of the buildings have like no shadows at all.

If Medaka is announced for this game, I will foam at the mouth while having convulsions of joy on the floor.
For those who don't know what Medaka Box is, imagine every Shonen Jump cliche imaginable. Now add tons of acid, Japanese wordplay, God Mode Sues and deconstruction. Throw it all in a blender set to Ludicrous Speed and you get one of the craziest shonen manga ever. And it's from NisiOisiN, creator of Zaregoto, Katanagatari, and most famously, Bakemonogatari.
MAAAN. You got my hopes up for no reason... I was like, damn if it's possible to localize it then I may import the game do it myself as well (at least the menus) (even if I have to put up custom firmware on my ps3, and no I don't support pirates).

I've been putting it off for a while, but hearing that really makes me need to check out Medaka Box now (manga &/or the anime).
& FINALLY, a debut trailer. Wonder if once Namco's done with Jojo they'll start revealing more info about this game (& perhaps announce Jojo as a playable character as well). Got a good laugh out of Kankichi & Gintoki's movesets.

I feel Toriko is the odd man out with all of these legendary Jump characters. He feels so forced. Understandable since the author is friends with Oda (mangaka of One Piece).
Still looking forward to it anyway. Hopefully Yusuke is in it.

Toriko isn't really any less legendary than Gintoki. They're both mid-tier series as far as Shueisha is concerned.
He would summon different monsters from the cards in Jump Ultimate Stars such as Dark Magician/Girl, Kuriboh, etc. I'd totally dig a Bakuman character that could do that, but with different manga characters.

I actually DON'T expect Medaka. Most of us that read Medaka Box did it for Kumagawa and the polls show it, dude's like twice as popular as the second most liked character. It makes sense that you'd put the titular character but, seriously, not only no one read the manga specifically for her but not even her powers sound as fun to use as All Fiction or even Devil Style would be.
But seriously, they should put him in if they ever start accepting villains.
The only reason the anime's ratings are so high is because it shares the hour with One Piece. There has been weeks where the One Piece reruns pulled higher viewership than Toriko.
Getting three video game companies together isn't as hard as it'll be to get Aniplex, Funimation, Viz, Sentai Filmworks together and that's just the currently announced cast. Add in characters and there's no way it leaves Japan. I honestly don't understand the localization begging either. It's a fighting game on two region free platforms from a publisher that doesn't do online passes.

Maybe cause there might be a story mode and it'd be nice to know what the characters say to each other. Also, any good looking should have people wanting it to be localized, I don't see a problem with that.
